Accelerating AI-Driven DesignOps
Intro
As the Product Design Lead for Seclore's ARMOR platform, my mandate was to transform a slow, manual design function into a strategic asset. To eliminate operational bottlenecks, I integrated Claude Code into our workflow to automate repetitive tasks like writing user stories, design documentation, and baseline UI execution. Stripping away this overhead allowed the core design team to focus entirely on complex system architecture. I also established an AI-driven framework that safely empowers Product Managers to generate and test early prototypes themselves, drastically accelerating our engineering cycles without sacrificing enterprise design consistency.
